Every time I head into Barcelona for castings I usually stop off at this homely Bar Barcelona. As it's a comfortable friendly place to eat spanish dishes, enjoy a good cup of coffee or to have a quick drink before heading home. This is one of the few authentic spanish bars in the city where you can enjoy good quality local dishes using fresh products with a lovely warm service.

It's a place where locals and visitors alike become repeat customers. The place is also very clean with Tere greeting all her customers with her warm smile and friendly banter. They also serve variety of delicious paellas, Tapas and cava brut natural from the winerys in the region. Great quality with good prices. Always happy to be a repeat client.

Great place, eating right al fresco and amazing staff. I came here with my English friends on holiday (I'm spanish and I've been showing them around lol) and I told the lady at Bar Barcelona to help me pick their best tapas to give my friends the best experience. She was really honest, recommending us their specialities, and she was spot on. We had two amazing paellas (were a group of 5), one the veggie paella and the other the seafood arroz negro (black rice). The tapas were also great (we had the tortilla, and the croquetas de rabo de toro).

Great place!!! Fast and very friendly staff, tasty food, big portions, great selection of food! The food is prepared immediately after order so everything is fresh! The prices are very nice for such a big and tasty portion! They have menu with photos which is amazing for tourists! It’s a smaller place and if there is no free table it’s worth it to wait.
