I had a terrible experience at this cafe. Not only did they forget my order, but I had to wait an absurd 40 minutes for my breakfast to be served. The personnel was extremely rude and unapologetic about the delay.

To make matters worse, I was not allowed to have my laptop open while eating, which was a huge inconvenience for me. The place was incredibly small and crowded, making it difficult to even move around. The noise level was unbearable, you can hear everyone’s conversation.

On top of all that, the food was overpriced and not even worth the wait. To add insult to injury, the coffee came cold. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money and find somewhere...

Extremely slow service. We waited 40 minutes seated for the fitness bowl options. First, we received the coffee; 10 minutes later, the juice; and after another 20-30 minutes, we finally got the food, but only after asking about it. The gentleman who served us was polite and apologised for the waiting time, but overall, the experience and hype about this place did not meet our expectations. They definitely need to consider employing more staff because the long waiting time ruined our experience, and we intentionally traveled 20mins on Monday morning to this place due to the good reviews.

We got recommended this location from the other location right down the road, and glad about it due to the seating availability. Both hosts were very polite and kind. The Oreo cookie and blueberry cheesecake cookie were delicious. My wife got the Pumpkin Spice Latte and loved it, and I can say the same for the mango pineapple smoothie. The reason I’m eating 4* on Service is we did order toast, however never got the toast. HOWEVER, the hosts offered to cancel the toast and not charge us OR give them to us to-go. They did say their system was a little slow, but we can’t help that. Would definitely go again, and quite cheap for what...
