Cheap and Cheerful bar — Restaurant in Benidorm

Bloke genuinely one of the best bars which I’ve ever been to Dave was the loveliest bartender. He was so kind so cheap so cheerful the pints were of an outstanding quality and I had the best time ever in cheap and cheerful. Cheap. Certainly not cheerful. Place was pretty grimey. Didn't notice when I first went in but after sitting and buying food I looked around and noticed the stains on the walls. Outdated and dilapidated furniture. Needs a good clean. Staff were very friendly and fair play to them for being chirpy and welcoming considering what they were working in. On our recent visits the bar was very quiet, I would assume this was related to pandemic issues. The bar needs a complete refurb, I'm sure this could be done without losing its appeal & custom, the furnishings have seen better days, the concrete seats have always been uncomfortable, the staff continued to offer a good service and the prices are competitive, I have been visiting the bar since 2008 and I sincerely hope it remains open, it should take this quiet period to renovate and not just rely on old customers...
