Worst McDonald's Experience Ever! Complete Disgrace to the Brand!

I just had the worst experience at this McDonald's, and I'm still in disbelief at how poorly this place is run. I ordered just TWO coffees—Salted Caramel and a Mocha Latte—to-go, and it took a shocking 40 minutes to get them. Yes, 40 minutes for just two coffees! That's an absolute record in customer disrespect.

To add insult to injury, when I finally got my order, the Mocha Latte was completely wrong. It tasted exactly like a plain latte—no mocha flavor at all. It felt like they didn’t even bother to make the right drink after I had waited so long.

On top of that, the staff had no idea what they were doing. The order screen was a mess, with orders like #15, #16, and #17 still pending, while customers with order numbers in the 30s, 40s, and even higher were already getting their food. My order was #058, yet people with orders #076 and #095 were served before me. And all I ordered was coffee! How is that even possible?

The employees were incredibly lazy and indifferent. While the restaurant was packed with frustrated customers, one worker spent about 7 minutes having a chat with a Glovo delivery driver instead of helping to get orders out.

As if this disaster couldn’t get any worse, the toilets were absolutely filthy and unusable. The whole place was a nightmare.

Honestly, McDonald’s USA needs to revoke the franchise from this location. It’s a complete embarrassment to the brand and doesn't even come close to McDonald's usual standards. This place should be shut down immediately. Avoid it at all...

Plaza triangular at the moment is going through a major refurb,it is a total mess but when finished will be amaizing,has taken a long time to get this far but I don't think the actual triangular will be that much longer all thought they are doing work all around it. The refurbishment is almost done and looks amaizing,now it is almost finished and looks fantastic,they are on the last stage, it is going to be absolutely fantastic,there will be nothing else like it in Benidorm, 10/10 to Benidorm town hall ... El año pasado estaban de obras y esté año hemos disfrutado del diseño y por supuesto el fin de la obras, esta plaza está diseñada en torno a un árbol enorme y precioso , la mento no poder decir de qué árbol se trata. Pero con decía el centro es el árbol Enorme con un bancada qué lo rodea para poder sentarte a su sombra, el pavimento está construido con diferentes suelos y todos a modo de caminos unos de piedra,otros lisos y toda la plaza por supuesto es peatonal , a su margen izquierda hay una carretera para coches y bicicletas que no pueden superar los 10 kilómetros hora y es de un solo sentido, así que es muy segura cruzarla y ya estás en la plaza y de la plaza vas a la zona más vieja de la playa de Levante, hay infinidad de comercios para todos los gustos y sus callejuelas donde poder tomar algo sí te apetece. En esta zona encuentras de todo, peluquerías, tiendas de ropa para todos los bolsillos, tiendas de carcasas para móviles y por supuesto cargadores para los que se olviden de llevar el suyo,perfumerias, tiendas de gafas, ópticas, farmacias, heladerías y puestos de todo tipo, el mercado, con su Mercadona y desde hay cualquier callejuela te lleva directamente a la playa de Levante por supuesto sabiendo en que dirección está el mar.
