KFC — Restaurant in Benidorm

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

What an absloute pigsty.

I ordered the special wrap with the dorritos and spicy sauce. A milkshake too.

My meal was nothing short of a joke. The dortios were so stale they could be bent, the sauce was somehow dry? If possible? There was one tomato on the wrap that had gone dry and shrivved and my chicken- what a joke. For a place that's whole menu involves chicken they don't know how to cook it. Chicken was lukewarm in the centre and was somehow gooey around the edges?

Besides the food, I had tried to register my machine made order at the counter and was ignored for no less than 10 minutes. Eventually a family member assisted me.

They then took what felt like a year to actually complete my meal. The poor woman at the counter looked exhausted meanwhile a man stood in the back eating chips from the fryer. Somehow it required three whole people to smush a wrap together in essentially a ball and then box it.

The milkshake, I will admit, was perfectly fine and the only thing I enjoyed from this experience.

As I sit here currently writing this my stomach is feeling ill and I am sure I will see the consequences of choosing to eat here in the form of food poisioning or other illness.

I genuinely wouldn't choose to eat here again, even if on the verge of death by starvation.

I'm sure the ants that's have infested the place enjoy the food.

I learnt that KFC in Benidorm offered topped chips which I was totally amazed at. I went to this branch and got these topped chips, and when I received them, I thought that the bacon look totally uncooked, but I assumed it was simply just ham, or precooked bacon lacking a bit of colour. Two days later, I felt extremely unwell... the toilet was my best friend through out the rest of the holiday. I arrived back in England and was rushed to hospital, because there was serious issues happening with my stomach. I was put on a drip, had a CT scan which later showed I had developed an enflamed bowel, and I obtained a high infection count. Which was leading to huge distress when I went to the toilet and causing painful aches and cramps in my stomach. This bacon was 100 percent uncooked, and I cannot believe it was served to me. I've been in hospital for 4 days now, and I am not allowed to go home until its treated. I'm extremely annoyed at...

The absolute worse service I have received and witnessed to others. Slowest and most incompetent staff with every order taking around 20 minutes and every single order in the restaurant was wrong with missing items. One young couple who went to complain that half of their order was missing had their food thrown in the bin by a member of staff while they were raising the complaint, the manager laughed in their faces as they remonstrated. I had ice cream and the actual chicken missing from my order.

I would advise anyone in this area to use the KFC in Calle Gerona where the staff have...
