Bar Acuarium — Restaurant in Benidorm

Was not staying at this residence just stopped for a quick lunch. Ordered drink they came back with drink and asked to order lunch I was told he would come back in one minute. I saw him serving others and bringing food to those who came after us. I caught another waiter and was told my waiter would be along shortly. Remember this was supposed to be a quick lunch 50 mins later the waiter came back I asked him what I had done to be ignored. He said he was very sorry and what did I like. By this time I didnt even want to have the drink let alone food. This was my 1st experience and last. The reviews sounded good. But an apology did not bring my dinner when we needed it. So disappointed in the service will not recommend this place would not even give 1 star for drink. Go where people are happy to serve you. I saw many wanting drink refills and having to almost get the waiter by his apron to get his attention. This was my experience. Hope yours will be better if you decide to...

Een vaste waarde onder de zon!

Bar Acuarium is onze tweede thuis hier in Benidorm. Het is ons eerste jaar dat we hier komen, maar het voelt nu al alsof we hier al lang thuishoren. De bediening is vriendelijk, oprecht en altijd met een glimlach. Ze herkennen hun klanten, nemen de tijd, en maken het verschil met kleine gebaren van gastvrijheid.

Het eten is lekker, de drankjes verfrissend, en de sfeer? Die is gewoonweg uniek — rustig, warm en echt. Een plek waar je mag zijn wie je bent.

Dankjewel aan het hele team van Bar Acuarium om van deze plek zo’n warme haven te maken. Wij kijken er altijd naar uit om terug te komen.

Bar Acuarium se ha convertido en nuestro segundo hogar aquí en Benidorm. Es nuestro primer año que venimos, pero ya se siente como si fuéramos parte de esta familia. El servicio es amable, sincero y siempre con una sonrisa. Reconocen a sus clientes, se toman su tiempo y marcan la diferencia con pequeños gestos de hospitalidad.

La comida está rica, las bebidas son refrescantes, y el ambiente... simplemente único — tranquilo, cálido y auténtico. Un lugar donde uno puede ser uno mismo.

Bar Acuarium has quickly become our second home here in Benidorm. It’s our first year coming here, but it already feels like we’ve been part of this place for much longer. The service is friendly, genuine, and always with a smile. They recognize their guests, take their time, and go the extra mile with small gestures of warmth.

The food is tasty, the drinks refreshing, and the atmosphere? Simply unique — peaceful, warm, and real. A place where you can truly be yourself.

We used to enjoy calling in at this bar/café as the service was good, but just recently, the service has got very poor. The table service is virtually non-existent at the back of the café and customers have to go inside to order and then have a long wait for the drink or food to arrive. We had to chase up our order of (just) drinks twice last week. The whole place is getting untidy with dirty cups and used plates being left on the empty tables.The food quality is ok, nothing more. It's a pity they have allowed service to go downhill. We will find...
