Restaurant Esturión — Restaurant in Benidorm

We ordered chicken paella. While we waited our family got their food first so we were watching them eat for 25 minutes 😅. Unfortunately, they brought out the mixed sea food (we definitely wouldn't have ordered this as one of us hates seafood and the other has an intolerance). This is an honest mistake which happens, however our server got quite angry with us and said he would not change it, he even seemed reluctant to take it away but eventually stormed off with it. We did point at it and even say the word "chicken" and "pollo", I would suggest that maybe the waiting staff point back at the chosen dish and say it back to the customer or if you're the customer really exaggerate your food choice 😅. Great value tasty food. Well worth the tiny walk up the hill!

We had the tasting menu, my friend choosing the gourmet version.

I had the gaspacho, serrano ham with melon and entrecôte steak. I skipped dessert as I was full but it was included.

My friend had the Russian salad, fish croquetes, scrambled egg with baby eel & prawns then seabass for main. Finished with rice pudding.

All of it was really good and the service was friendly...

We had a fabulous evening at Restaurant Esturion in Benidorm just yesterday. The live music provided fantastic entertainment throughout our meal. The Sangria, Octopus, and Seafood Paella were all exceptionally tasty and well-prepared. The staff, especially the person who attended to us, were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding greatly to our overall experience. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience...
