Great budget hotel! We stayed here a week. If booking 7+ nights through hotels own home page they provide free transfer from/to airport (which was very pleasant). 90% of guests are Spanish pensioners. Every night there is entertainment. We had half board which, as a format, was great. The food itself was very average (mostly canned food which was warmed up or ready to eat just warmed up again). Spotless cleaning! The whole hotel was extremely clean as well as the room. We stayed in room 604, on the 6 floor, and I once saw Natalya, the cleaning lady, cleaning the room. She was really putting all her effort into it. Moreover, she also helped us when we needed some more toiletries or needed to just empty the trash cans. Very pleasant lady, she was very kind to us. So cleanliness (and staff) in this hotel is just next level.
Location is amazing: walking distance to the bus stop and the beach. Hotel is located in city centre.
Just one incident happened which made us really disappointed in here: the chicken slices, which supposed to be fried, were served RAW on the sides. RAW CHICKEN. Just imagining how many people could get sick… I showed it to staff and they immediately took it to the kitchen. But we never ate meet here again.
All in all, it’s a great budget place: you get what you pay for +...
Read moreLocated in a quiet area and only a short walk to the beach the hotel made for a pleasant stay.
Though the rooms are quite small they are comfortable enough and clean. Cleaning staff attended regularly and were polite and pleasant. The shower can generate water of a level close to scalding so be careful how far you turn the lever to the left!
The reception staff were very friendly from the start, as were the dining staff.
The food was generally very good though sometimes not much difference from day to day. It was presented well and there was more than sufficient to go around.
The hotel was very popular with older Spanish people and not so many foreign tourists, which I personally liked. Evening entertainment was obviously centered towards dealing with this demographic of guests.
The only recommendation to the hotel I would offer is regarding the bartender. When giving change perhaps it is better not to neatly place any notes underneath the receipt so that they cannot be seem. Better to place them on top of the receipt with the coins so that there is no impression to the guest that you are trying to short change them.
For the price and the service of the staff I would recommend...
Read moreWe stayed here as a group of 8 celebrating a big birthday. Checking in was a nightmare as according to reception we didnt have the right paperwork, although it had a booking reference on it, but it was late & we just want to drop our stuff in rooms & head off.|Breakfast wasnt the best, most of it was luke warm.|Rooms were basic but clean. The staff (especially morning after the trouble we had checking in) were very helpful.|There is a lift on the street for those with wheelchairs, scooters & prams but not ideal if you are a solo traveller as you have to have a key for it. Pool is small but adequate. There is a chair for those who cant use the steps. A bit awkward if solo traveller, as it relys on someone lowering you in & out. Getting out of pool was very stressful as water pressure in chair was to low & wouldnt function properly so stuvk in pool for an extra 5-10 mins waiting for pressuer to increase.|The area around the pool was great, (next to police station) but accessible to old town, shops restaurants & bars.|Would i recommend this hotel, yes for a 3-4 night stay. But its not really disabled friendly if a...
