THE LION new town — Restaurant in Benidorm

I ate at The White Lion on Sunday afternoon and ordered the nachos with meat. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe food poisoning that took several days to recover from. It’s now Wednesday, and I’ve only just started feeling better after suffering from all the usual symptoms.

I don't drink alcohol and had only toast for breakfast that day, so it’s clear the food at The White Lion was the culprit. The pub itself is dirty, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. I should have known better just from the state of the place.

Visited 3 times earlier this month with the wife. Once for breakfast, twice for an evening meal. The English breakfast was great and the evening meals: Lamb Chops, Burger, Steak were of a very high quality and delicious! Very well presented.
