Restaurant Pizzeria Volvér — Restaurant in Binissalem

This was the worst restaurant in Mallorca that we went to. We have been on this island since 10 days and ate out every night. This restaurant was by far the worst. After we sat down we had to wait quite a while because 4 other couples and families, who came after us got served first. When they finally took our order and served the drinks, the glasses were dirty. We ordered patatas bravas as a starter. This was disgusting. Double-fried (potentially convenience food) potatoes with the cheapest and nastiest ketchup on top. As if this wasn't bad enough, the potatoes tasted like fish. You can get this experience for 7,90 €! Probably they use the same deep fryer also for the seafood. As main dishes, we had homemade gnocchi and a pizza bufala. The pizza was ok. Not really good but ok. The gnocchi were very bad. The sauce tasted like sieved tomatoes without any herbs or spices. The gnocchi were really homemade but I wished for convenience ones because these were just mushy and chewy at the same time. No taste at all. So sad! The dishes were also dirty and chipped. It did not feel like a restaurant visit. About the service, I can only say that they were unorganized and tended to forget guests and their orders (which happened to the table next to us). You have to plan some extra time for that. Some other guests were introduced to the special dishes of the day, but we were not. However, this does not matter because I am sure it wasn't worth tasting anyway. Such a waste of money. I just hope that the stomach ache is not turning...

We’re visiting from Australia and stopped into Volver Pizzeria in Binissalem – what an amazing find! The pizza was absolutely delicious, easily some of the best we’ve had on our travels. Do not go here if you don't want to wait an hour for a pizza and then get yelld on by the waiter because you wonder why you have been waiting. The he charge full price and do not ask what he can do to make the customer happy...

First time ever for me to be asked by the waiter to leave. He did not appreciate being questioned upon a bad work and not handling...
