If you want to try THE local Spanish food this is THE place. The portions are big and the prices are fair. Ranging from 4 to 36€ with one kind of stake being the most expensive but the portion is double and for the taste the price is a bargain. The only problem might be that the degree of doneness here is always undercooked. It may be not so nice for people who like stakes to be on the well done side but there is no problem if you want it to be corrected during your meal although you may send it back to the kitchen twice. The quality of all the meets here is amazing. All are juicy, tender and super tasty. If you plan to buy more than one dish for yourself do it afterwards you eat your first one or share differente dishes with people you come here with.
They have good coffee here too. Desserts are very tasty as well. Especially tiramisu, milhojas and cheese cake. These also have big portions. You can try traditional Spanish dessert too.
The staff is super nice, but not everybody knows English. They serve drinks first then food. You get bread as a appetiser that is payed but it's standard in Spain and only costs 0.5€ per person here.
For first few visits my group only got spanish menus afterwards we got english version but those are mostly names of the dishes. You may be overwhelmed by the number of positions they have so I recommend to put the photos of the menu into chatgpt and ask it to help you what to choose to eat. Everything is tasty here and thanks to the big menu and quality of the food you will have reasons to come here time after time.
The only downside here may be paella. It's so-so but I'm very picky about the rice.
If you are in Sevilla for a longer period don't even try coming here during the weekend. You have to wait for an hour to get in but if you are here only for a weekend it is totally worth visiting early.
You can take your leftover food to go. The container costs 0.2€.
They have siesta starting at 5PM. Kitchen closes around 4.30PM.

Read moreYou can't really go wrong with this place as it serves just about anything you can imagine. The food is good, inexpensive, so don't expect a gastronomic wonder, and filling. The ambiance is loud and cheery, so if your looking for a romantic setting this is not the place to go, however, if you are looking for value for money in a lively atmosphere this place is the place to be. The service is quick and friendly. Check out the salsa alioli and salsa picante if it's your first time eating here, they are great. The house red wine is excellent at a price of around 5 euros. The biggest downside of La Choza de Manuela is, if you arrive at 14.00 lunch time or 21.00 for dinner you may have wait a very long time for a table, especially at weekends, so try and get there a little bit earlier than usual to get a...
