Restaurante Tiuna — Restaurant in Breña Baja

This looked as a fine option for a dinner place.

In the first part of the restaurant it was more like a sports bar, football on television, so we moved to the back.

It took some time to finally get the waiter, but then the menu and a drinks order followed quickly. To my disappointment, the beer I ordered was a large one. Without asking, probably because I was a tourist.

The menu was a bit sticky, and messy. The texts about the dishes were not attractive to us, but one of the pizza's seemed ok. The waitress asked if we made a choice already and told us to wait a moment. And then she first sat down another couple, get them menu's etc. Were we ignored?!

At this point we decided to not eat here and spend our money elsewere. The waiter that came to take de food order acted careless, though he made clear the drinks were on the house. Not a...

We ask on a normal way the waitress for a Sandwich. She told us that there were no sandwiches only menus ? On the door it says sandwiches?? We were not so hungry , so on a kind and polite way we say we are going to search for something else were we can eat a sandwich.

Then the bartender come to us and out of the blue he yell ' OUT ! OUT!! , We were in shock because we had no idea what we did wrong ?! I told him that he was very rude to us and I wonder why? He could not give an normal answer...he just ' kicked ' 3 normal tourist people out ( my father 80 years my mother 76) . I was so so mad at this guy!!

Shocking experience here today. There was a sandwich menu on the door and we fancied and quick lunch as baby was sleeping. We popped in asked for the menu sat down ordered drinks the waiter (I think owner) was muttering under his breath in Spanish and wheeled my sleeping baby in his pram out of the way. I explained I wanted to be able to see baby and he tutted at me. He then said if we want sandwhiches we need to go to another restaurant and have us a complete different menu.

We then finished our drinks and said we didn’t want food and we’re going to leave as we wanted sandwhiches he then picked up our half finished drinks and told us to go and stand at the bar if we weren’t going to eat food. I can’t believe how rude he was would never...
