We really enjoyed our dinner at Salazar - going for the long tasting menu definitely was the right choice! All dishes were good, and some of them even great, like the onion and cheese (give me a bowl of this sauce, and a spoon!), the limpets and the lentil stew. Both desserts were also really well done, and we absolutely loved their rosemary and potato bread with herb butter. Some minor things are still off (for example, I felt the hazelnut sauce did not go great with the fish and should have been paired with the cauliflower, the mashed potatoes were a bit gluey, and the brioche still needs some work), but it was really good elevated food.
