Although none of the reviews were in English, I understood this was an excellent place and couldn't wait to book - so we did.

Upon being seated at our table, which had a magnificent view of the sunset, we ordered a bottle of rosé cava and was then told that the most expensive one was the only one they had. Fair enough, one of those things.

We then ordered fish and meat starters which were excellent. As regular diners in London, we appreciate good food and this was a fine example of that. It was expensive, but that's fair enough when you get quality.

We then ordered veal and John Dory for our mains and was surprised that the presentation was absolutely shocking - thrown on a plate with a few soggy chips, bland, colourless and dry. My veal, to be fair was good, although badly presented - but my partner's fish was terrible.

We weren't given given any opportunity to complain until we got the bill. The waiter had earlier tried to talk English to us, but suddenly couldn't speak any when we tried to explain our issues. They also tried to overcharge us. The bill came to £60 for the two of us which was expensive in comparison to the otherwise fantastic meals we've had here. Their attitude was pretentious and downright rude - and was a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent service we've enjoyed.

Don't believe the hype. Stay away from this pretentious restaurant. It seemed to us to be very much a case of the Emperors New Clothes - go to Ultramar&nos in the old town -...

Service: Normal, mit Ausnahme dass wir etwas lange auf das Bestellen der Getränke warten mussten.

Essen&Getränke: Art der Speisen: Typisch spanisch mit Ausnahme der 3 Pastagerichte Qualität&Quantität: Hatten die Speisen "Pasta Brick..", " Turbante de lubina.." und "Filetitos de Presa Iberica..". Geschmacklich war das gut. Für mich ein bisschen wenig für den Preis. Wein war lecker, weiß leider nicht mehr wie dieser hieß.

Ambiente: Interior mit mordernen Sitzbänken und schicker Bar, sieht gut aus! Außen normale Tische und Stühle. Mit Blick aufs Meer

Preis: Gerichte sind teuerer als die meisten Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Fazit: Das Warten auf das Aufnehmen der Getränkebestellung hat mich ein bisschen geärgert. Ich denke obwohl sehr viel los ist, sind Getränke leicht und schnell aufzunehmen. Das Essen schmeckt gut, bin mir aber nicht sicher ob der Preis für die Qualität und Quantität gerechtfertig ist. Denke im Umkreis kann man für etwas weniger Geld auch genauso gut essen gehen. Deshalb bin ich mir bei der Sternenvergabe ein wenig unsicher. Auf der einen Seite war das Essen und der Wein lecker. Auf der anderen Seite würde ich nicht mehr hingehen, weil mir das Preis/Leistungverhältnis nicht wirklich gefällt. Hier muss man selbst entscheiden, ob man hingehen möchte. Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall gut.

Comida&Bebida: Tipo de Comida: comida tipica espanhola excepto las tres platos de pasta Calidad&Cantidad: Pedimos los platos "Pasta Brick..", " Turbante de lubina.." y "Filetitos de Presa Iberica..". La comida estaba buena, pero en mi opinion poca cantidad para el precio. El vino estaba delicioso, no recuerdo como se llama, decian que era de la region.

Ambiente: Interior con asientos de madera modernos y una barra elegante. se ve bonito! En la terraza hay mesas y sillas normales. Con vista al mar.

Precio: Es mas caro que otros restaurantes en la zona.

Conclusion: Me molesto un poco la tardia en tomarnos la nota de las bebidas. Pienso que aunque haya mucha gente se debe tomar nota de las bebidas rapido. La comida estaba buena, pero creo que la relacion precio - calidad - cantitad no es muy justa. Pienso en la zona se puede comer igual de bien con menos dinero. Por eso no estoy seguro con la evaluacion. Por un lado, la comida y el vino estaban ricos. Por otro lado, yo no volveria porque la relacion precio - calidad no me ha gustado. We were extremely disappointed.

We wanted to have a romantic evening together, but we were served very unusual dishes… with the CHEF’S HAIR in them.

When I pointed this out to the waiter (we didn’t notice it right away), he brought us the same dish, but this time without the hair and reheated. Saying that we were disgusted is an understatement. I immediately realized that it was the same portion.

Then, we were simply forgotten. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, we finally received a questionable-quality pasta, and of course, no one warned us about such a long wait time.

We didn’t receive any refund for the ruined dish, nor did we even get an apology.
