I’m a local customer and I’m coming to Hollywood Beach for more than 15 years ..they have Great burgers and amazing cocktails.. but after coming here a few times this summer I just decided to give a negative review …. Enough is enough..Hope the owner wake up and do something about it. The waiters are very very rude.. not 1 or 2 all of them…not even a simple smile, you can see that they not even want to serve you..one of the waiters throwing the coasters when they give us the table, another one spilled the drink on top of me ( I’m not complaining, this things can happen ) but not even an apology.??! What is that ?? We are animals now ?? Thanks got they don’t live from the tips like in America if not they will not even get 50 cents .. myb the owner should go back to US and learn about how to give a good customer service. It’s a shame.. I would love to come back but I have my doubt as I don’t want to have another bad service...

Great burgers, bad service. Very slow, they keep forgetting what is ordered and today we went back to give it another chance. However, although they have a sign saying that the kitchen is open all day , they said it was closed and took away the sign.

UPDATE: Yes sure, we just made up a story that the kitchen is closed. It was around 1730 when we arrivwd and your waitress said the kitchen is closed. And she went on to remove the banner that you have outside. I wrote the review just after that and you are saying that the kitchen is open!!!! You have good products, bad service, instead of trying to convince the consumers you are claiming that we make up stories, for some reason almost all the bad reviews are about the...

Hamburguesseria amb terrassa davant del mar, perfecta per a una vetllada relaxada. Fan hamburgueses, sandvitxos, amanides i còctels. El servei és ràpid i l’atenció molt bona —en un inici.

Vam provar el sandvitx California i la Cheese Bruguer amb patates. El pa del sandvitx, torrat al punt i amb la quantitat justa de maionesa —es pot menjar sense embolics! L’hamburguesa, gustosa i al punt, acompanyada de patates allargades i cruixents.

Ara bé, el final del sopar va deixar un regust agredolç. En demanar els dos entrepans, el cambrer ens va preguntar si volíem entrants i vam dir que no. En acabar, ens va tornar a preguntar si volíem postres i també vam dir que no, que ens podia portar el compte. Va fer la broma que ens portaria una cullera “perquè semblava que faríem postres” —vam riure i vam insistir que no, que volíem només el compte.

Però al cap d’una estona, un altre cambrer va aparèixer amb un carrotcake petit i gens generós. Li vam dir que no l’havíem demanat i ell, rient i mirant cap a una altra banda, se’l va endur. En aixecar-nos per pagar, vam comentar al primer cambrer que no havíem demanat cap postre i ens va respondre que havia entès que volíem un carrotcake (!). A caixa, ens el van cobrar igualment (7,5 €), i vam haver de demanar que ens ho descomptessin.

Una llàstima, perquè la impressió que m’enduc no és de malentès, sinó de pressió per consumir més. M’ho pensaré abans de tornar-hi, tot i que el menjar era...
