WASANA — Restaurant in Calella

Wow! What a fantastic experience! The pizza was awesome - pillowy crust and delicious toppings. The pasta (spaghetti carbonara) was also flavourful and had an abundance of toppings. The tiramisu was also the best we've had in Spain so far; it LOOKED a bit wet (which I hate), but actually wasn't juicy when eaten. It also had a great coffee flavour (which I sometimes find is lacking), and clearly had mascarpone in it (we recently had tiramisu at another restaurant that was obviously only made with whipped cream). The service was also spectacular! All the guys we interacted with, whether it was taking our order or bringing food to the table, were lovely! When I stayed in Calella my friends and me stumbled upon this place randomly and decided to eat there. We all got pizzas and it was they were really great and the service was really good! What really struck me was that after I lost my Airpod the same day we went there (I thought I would never see it again) we went back like a few days later and a staff member came up to me and just gave it back! I was so surprised and sooo thankful because I really thought I lost it forever! Thank you soo much to everybody that works here and to everyone that decides to eat...

We decided to go eat here based on the super positive reviews. The waitress was very friendly, the drinks where nice and cold. The chicken fingers were also nice. The pasta and pizza however weren’t to our liking. The pasta carbonara tasted a bit weird and the pizza came without tomato sauce.. (?). We wouldn’t recommend this place based on the main dishes.
