This is a horrible beach! We're totally shocked. We always used to go to Calella. This time we saw a very dirty sea, piles of garbage on the shore (sticks, wheels from suitcases, corpses of rats). There are a lot of children on the beach. The rats' corpses aren’t cleaned up, they decompose in the sun. It's totally unsanitary. The Department of Tourism for Calella is inactive.
