La Casa Loca Restaurant — Restaurant in Calp

We, family of four, had a wonderful diner yesterday at La Casa Loca, truly a hidden gem. First, we were greeted and seated very friendly. We got some homemade Moroccan bread with aioli. The bread was nothing but perfection! As starters we had the gambas pil pil and the chicken bastilla. Both starters were delicious.

For mains our kids requested the chicken with white wine mushroom sauce and we had the chicken tajine en the chicken couscous. All dishes were spiced just right and tasted amazing!

Overal we had a delicious meal, it was mindblowing to say the least, great service and we left with a huge smile on our faces. We definitely recommend eating here, you can eat at several strips all over Spain, spend your money on average food, but once in a while you will find something special, just around the corner of the strip, this is one of those places. We run a restaurant of our own and can say we have experienced judgement. We would have come back of we weren't going home so soon. Hands down the best Moroccan food in Calpe! We were bored of the lack of good options on the boardwalk and this place was perfect. Authentic and fantastic food. While the food was wonderful, it was really the owner and staff that made this place amazing. They are friendly, hard working and such genuine people.
