Me and my family went to the pizzeria to order 6 Pizzas, we went at 20:15 when the restaurant was empty or almost (2 tables already served) to make a preorder for 21:15 which was fine by the staff and been told that by that time the pizzas were going to be ready! We went back at 21:25 thinking that we were late but eventually when we arrived the Pizzas weren’t ready, we asked to a member of the staff how long it would have take to make them and the answer was 5 minutes.
After 10 minutes we were still there waiting…at that point we decided to go AGAIN to ask where our Pizzas were which at this point after apparently checking with the chefs we have been told that the Pizzas were in the oven which was okey for us…
After another 10 minutes we went AGAIN to ask where were our pizzas… at this point someone that appears to be the manager shows up in a tempered mood and brings us the pizza and while he was giving us the pizzas he told us with quite of an aggressive tone that we didn’t have to shut in his reastaurant and he literally throw the payment machine on the table that they use to take aways and went back to the restaurant.
At that point we were shocked about the DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR recived from someone that should not behave like that with ANY costumer We paid our pizzas, nobody said anything to us when we were leaving.
We had to wait in total about 30 minutes to get our preordered pizzas!!!
Once we get home 3 out of 6 pizzas were very well done/almost...

Ordered drinks, garlic bread and a couple of pizzas. Drinks came out really quickly as did the garlic bread (was two good sized chunks of bread and a small tray of garlic spread, tomato spread and some olives), which tasted great!
The pizzas came not long after our plates were cleared from the starter. They were both perfection. I’m pretty picky with pizza and these pizzas were awesome. Exactly the right amount of cheese and toppings and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Diablo pizza and my wife had the vege pizza with pepperoni added on.
For dessert we both had the baileys cake 😁.
5/5 stars for food and 100/5 stars for service. The two men working here were the best hosts we have met since arriving in Spain.
Would definitely go back next trip...
Read moreWe went to Mamma Rosa because of the Tripadvisor recommendations - and because we wanted good Italian pasta. The starter was very good. Shrimps boiled in oil with garlic - bread aside. As main course we took two different kind of sea seasoned pasta. Unfortunately both of the pastas were over cooked and drawn in the thick sauce. Not very Italian?! When the owner(?) came to ask if we were happy about the meal, I told him my opinion how Italian pasta should be made, he told that their meat is much better. May be so, but there is two things that Italian restaurant must perform well, and they are pasta and pizza. If you fail with either one of those, then how Italian can you be?
The place was cosy and employees were nice and polite. Maybe the beef is fine there, but being an Italian restaurant - they should do...
