Disappointing experience - wouldn’t return

I visited Me da igual with my family and, unfortunately, we all left a bit underwhelmed. Everyone felt that their dishes looked rather uninspired, especially considering the price point.

I ordered the Beyond Burger (or at least what was supposed to be one), requesting no bacon, cheese or egg, and asking for guacamole instead. What I got was a burnt patty with barely a trace of guacamole — it was spread so thinly it might as well have not been there. The burger itself didn’t taste like a proper Beyond, and may have been mixed with something else or simply overcooked beyond recognition.

Service also left a lot to be desired. We felt more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests, and there was little to no engagement or warmth from the staff.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I was lured into this so-called restaurant by its appealing reviews, now clearly the work of bots or individuals with deeply questionable taste. What awaited me was not a meal, but a disaster.

The spaghetti bolognese was nothing short of disgraceful: the pasta limp and lifeless, clumped together like a school cafeteria reject, and the meat if one dares to call it that, possessed the peculiar texture and taste of low-grade horse meat. The sauce? A tragic, watery red smear with no depth, no seasoning, and certainly no soul. And yet, the price bordered on extortion. To charge so much for something this abysmal is either shameless or delusional.

I left not only hungry but incredulous. How this place garners positive reviews is a mystery unless ofc they were written by algorithms rather than actual human beings. Although the service was alright if I’m...

We love this place, went on holiday with family, we are all vegetarians and couldn’t find local veggie food available all day, i found this restaurant and we loved it, has veggie options, service is excellent, we had a great time and decided to only eat here for the rest of our holidays as they were very accommodating too, treated us with kindness and was all very pleasant, food, price, service, they had cero alcoholic drinks too and it right in front of the sea, beautiful view!!! We would gladly come back here on our next holiday to Calpe, I highly recommend this...
