La Tagliatella — Restaurant in Cambrils

I absolutely do not recommend this place. It has nothing to do with the other reataurants of this chain . The food is literally similar to eating paper with spices This place is the worst ! Can you imagine going to a restaurant as big in size as this one and when you order a pizza they tell you no sorry because we just received an order for 17 pizzas at another table!? Whats even more surprising is that 3 tables or clients that came in right after us were able to get their pizza orders served !! This is wierd and got me thinking: either the staff is racist ! Or the staff is tired of making pizzas. I would lean more to the staff being racist. We got our pizzas refused because they said that there is an order of 17 pizzas from a table , when the restaurant has two floors and a terrace and therefore could handle way more pizza orders! There were literally 5 tables or clients when we came in ! And seriously the pasta we ordered and tried to eat was so disgusting that it was left on the table . This place has nothing to do with the other la tagliatella restaurants They should shut down this specifc store for good instead of ruining the business and deceiving more...

Du jamais vu!!! Impossible de juger de la cuisine de ce restaurant puisque nous sommes partis sans manger.

Ne vous laissez pas berner par les apparence. L'emplacement de ce restaurant est géniale, juste en face du port de Cambrils avec une très belle terrasse a l'étage, et c'est malheureusement ce qui nous a poussé à y venir . Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 22h et la salle du bas est pratiquement vide mais le serveur habilde noir et en sueur, semble débordé, et nous sommes le 3ème groupe de personnes qui attend devant l'entrée. Lorsque enfin nous demandons une table on nous explique qu'il faut manger en bas et nous installe, sans un sourire, sans un bonjour. Le problème, il fait beaucoup trop chaud, c'est irrespirable. L'un d'entre nous monte à l'étage et demande à un autre serveur si nous pouvons manger sur la terrasse ou beaucoup de table sont libre. Le serveur du haut accepte et nous installe avec carte, chaise pour bébé et petites olives. Nous sommes ravis et puis.... plus rien pendant un quart d'heure. Personnes ne viens prendre notre commande et il est bientôt 22h30. Quand mon mari se lève pour demander si on peut passer commande, une autre serveuse arrive et nous explique qu'on aurait jamais dû monté sans reservation, qu'il ne sera pas possible de commander. Nous sommes dans l'incompréhension à ce moment là puisqu'on a été installer par son collègue, mais deux autres serveuse arrive pour nous expliquer en cœur , et toujours sans amabilité, qu'on ne peut pas manger ici ce soir car la cuisine va fermer. Il est déjà 22h40. En descendant nous voyons les 2 autres groupes qui attendait en même temps que nous a l'arrivée, toujours atablé et qui attendent leur commande, alors que la cuisine est sensé fermée. Nous sommes donc parti sans manger et très contrarié par ce manque de communication et de professionnalisme. Il est presque 23h et donc trop tard pour aller diner ailleurs.

Je ne peux pas juger de la cuisine mais l'organisation et la communication dans cet établissement sont un vrai désastre.

Si j'avais pris le temps de lire les précédents commentaires j'aurais peut-être évite cette soirée...

Like many of the restaurants in Cambrils the customer service was terrible! On arrival we were not shown to out seats, the waiter simply pointed to a table, we then waited over 30 minutes to even be offered a drink, once we had ordered the drinks it was another 30 minutes before the drinks came. The tables around us were empty and full of dirty plates and glasses a pigeon was eating from one plate with left over food still on it. The staff in general were friendly and polite but have no customer service skills, maybe they are understaffed and stressed with over work as there were only 2 working at the time. The pizza...
