McDonald's — Restaurant in Cambrils

After spending a long day at PortAdventura we didn't fancy cooking in the caravan, so popped along here. First impressions were that it was very clean considering it was nearly 9pm!! All the staff looked very well dressed and the service was good. Had a little wait for my food as I ordered something not so regular but not long. The order arrived and it was presented well and exactly what we had asked for. Proceeded to sit outside, seats and tables were clean, with a member of staff cleaning the area. Disaster, very slow service . Not at all what to expect from a international brand in fast food service. Ordered 2 coffees at 12:40 and was still not served with them until 13:03 .

I waited and watched other customers who had ordered after I had ,be served their food and drinks and my order was ignored. Management were active arguing with staff

When I asked a young lady if I could have my coffee, she did not know where my order was.

No Organization and very poor management of customers orders .

Absolutely disgusting in every way the food the service the restaurant all the staff where so rude no hygiene while I was eating they where cleaning under my table hitting me with a brush doesn’t even deserve 1 star so vile most of the staff on their phones standing around doing absolutely nothing at all worst experience of mine and my partners life they looked down on us like a piece of rubbish , when we went to tell them how our experience was they laughed...
