Beachclub Sa Cova — Restaurant in Capdepera

This place is a find. Expansive patio area with tasty drinks bordering a lively swimming hole where you can watch people jump in. Very beautiful natural setting! If I’d had my swimsuit & towel I’d jump in too. Staff was attentive and friendly, seemed to speak many languages, not taking themselves too seriously. I love a bar that’s versatile & multidimensional, and Sa Cova delivers. Side note to swimmers: the waves are large so you can’t see the bottom clearly. Many people were diving in head first - this is sooo dangerous esp if the bottom is rocky. It’s much safer to jump in feet first until you get a sense for the water depth. Wir haben heute Abend im Sa Cova einen leckeren Wein und 4x Aperol bestellt.

8€ pro Aperol ist etwas teurer als der Durchschnitt in Cala Ratjada.

Leider war der Aperol ungenießbar. Das Mischverhältnis war komplett falsch. Wir haben das Personal darauf hingewiesen, aber wurden nur freundlich angelächelt und es wurde gesagt, dass es sich um Aperol handelt.

Wenn 4 Gäste sagen, dass da was nicht stimmen kann, dann erwartet man eine bessere Reaktion vom Gastgeber. Dieser scheint es aber nicht für nötig zu halten.

Pedimos un vino y 4 Aperol en Sa Cova. A 8 € por Aperol, el precio ya está por encima de la media en Cala Ratjada, pero lamentablemente la calidad fue decepcionante.

El Aperol era imbebible, la mezcla totalmente equivocada. Cuando lo comentamos amablemente al personal, solo recibimos una sonrisa y la respuesta de que “era Aperol”. Si 4 clientes coinciden en que algo no está bien, uno esperaría al menos una reacción constructiva o algún gesto de cortesía.

Una lástima: como clientes no nos sentimos tomados en serio. Nuestra valoración de la comida en este caso se refiere a las bebidas.

Conclusión: En Cala Ratjada hay locales mucho más agradables y con mejor relación calidad-precio.

We ordered a wine and 4 Aperol at Sa Cova. At €8 per Aperol, the price is already above average for Cala Ratjada – unfortunately, the quality was disappointing.

The Aperol was undrinkable, the mix completely wrong. When we politely mentioned this to the staff, we only got a smile and the response that it was “Aperol.” If 4 guests independently notice that something is off, one would at least expect a constructive reaction or some kind of gesture.

It’s a pity – as guests, we didn’t feel taken seriously. Our food rating here refers to the drinks.

Conclusion: There are definitely friendlier places in Cala Ratjada with a much better...

Me and my partner went down last night and it was one of the best meals we’ve both ate for a long time. I had the frutti de mare and my partner had the puma of Iberian pork and it was delicious, amazing portion sizes. My seafood was so fresh and the sauce was gorgeous and the pork was melt in your mouth and everything with it was so creative and amazing.
