one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited. honestly if this is the number one in all of ratjada, I wonder what the others are.. poor service and average to bad food. expensive and disgusting, frosted and full of salt rings, calamari (0,5 euros) costed 20 euros!!! Our two-year-old child was starving and crying and they brought the plate that he was going to eat, a paella that the three of us would share, an hour later with the ridiculous excuse that the squid is an appetizer, which is not valid anyway, because it was in the main dishes! but anyway, it should have been to ask us and not to torture us like sclaves with an hour and plus of waiting!! unbelievable fuss from the customers, I have not encountered it in any other restaurant, but also from the dishes left and placed careless(where is the clean restaurant?) by the waiters who unbelievably irritate the average customer...
Edit: to answer immediately and without second thinking to a reviwew about what the customer is telling you, shows amateurism and guilt. we come from Greece - there a triple portion of squid and fresh, not this you serve, costs half the price! also these were not mussels, these.were dirty food...at least we know that from the hundreds restaurants that we visit in Greece You should tell these to the many Germans, that visit you,not to us. PS. serving other dishes than what we requested one hour after the order, should make us thankful to you, because they were more expensive??? PS2. it's an insult to ask customers if they're Bulgarian, because that's what your "high"...
Read moreWe chose Los Arcos for our last holiday dinner as we heard great things about their paella!
We booked online to make sure there’d be space and the reservation was very simple to make.
We were welcomed in a very friendly way, and were quickly sated to our reserved table outside. Tables were very clean and outside patio was very pretty. We were offered some bread and free olives straight away.
We got tempted by a starter as they had fresh homegrown tomatoes and mozzarella and oh my were we not disappointed by it! It was absolutely delicious! Best tomatoes we’ve ever had!
We then followed up with the seafood and fish paella which was enormous! We struggled to finish it as the portions were very generous but let me tell you something.. they live up to their reputation!! The paella was the BEST we’ve ever had, it was so flavourful, the seafood was so fresh (octopus, clams, mussels, prawns, crab legs and gambas) and the white fish in it was melting on your tongue! I was absolutely amazing!
Drink wise we got a bottle of water and took a bottle of Fanta Lemon and a Coca Cola.
We did not have space for dessert but there was some options available. Bill cost us 67€ and it was so worth it! We also other tables leave with a “doggy bag” so there is definitely the option to leave with your leftovers if you can’t finish it all in one...
Read moreDuring our stay in Mallorca, we had the pleasure of visiting a remarkable restaurant that impressed us with both its food and atmosphere.
For the main course, we ordered sea bass, which was perfectly prepared—delicate, juicy, and with a crispy skin. It was served with grilled vegetables and potatoes, creating a harmonious and well-balanced dish.
Before dinner, we ordered sangria, which was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a delightful aroma of fresh fruits and light wine. We also tried local beer, which paired wonderfully with the meal.
For dessert, we chose tiramisu, which turned out to be an absolute delight—creamy, with the perfect consistency and a great balance between the coffee flavor and sweetness.
The service was professional and friendly, and the restaurant’s ambiance encouraged long, relaxing conversations. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy an excellent dinner in a charming setting, I highly...
