On the last day of our business trip we decided to see the La Manga. Nice, but everything was closed. - October On our was back to Cartagena, I checked which village has restaurants open and this one was opening at 6 PM, good reviews, nice pics, seemed perfect, as I was a bit tired of the Spanish cuisine and craving something different, but still Mediterranean, as the weather was too hot to handle anything else.
The place is really nice, well put together. When we arrived, they just opened. We were hosted by a gentleman, truly appreciate the service and the openness, the perfect English which was a biiiig shoutout.
The service was impeccable, the food was really nice, one of the best pizzas I had abroad.

Read moreWe have been to the Pizzeria right now, both took a pizza, but one pizza was a lot smaller than the other. I did a complaint to the waiter, but i not even got an answer from him. Very bad service not to give an answer to his customers. So after asking again whar about his answer to my question, no reaction at all to excuse for zhe pizza size. Besides 2 had 2 small bears an 2 cafe sols. No apologizing at all. So my final comment: people forget who is paying their salary each month. Never return again. Read moreRecomiendo al local que no admita grupos si no los puede atender. Avisar dos días antes de la reserva de que la gente decida lo que quiere cenar NO es dar un buen servicio (tal como se nos reprochó en la mesa y a un buen volumen, y no señor, éramos 15 adultos, no 20, como dijo en varias ocasiones)
Debería decir que los grupos solo pueden acogerse a menús concertados en el momento de la reserva y punto (lo hacen en muchos sitios y ya está en la decisión de quién realiza la reserva, en el momento de la reserva, no 2 días antes, seguir adelante con la misma, o no), y no tener a la gente una hora desde el último entrante hasta el principal esperando, con la excusa, y me repito, de que dos días antes no eligieron lo que querían cenar.
Si no tienen ustedes una cocina capacitada para servir a un grupo de 15 personas y 4 niños pequeños… no cojan esas reservas, se evitarán molestias tanto a comensales, como a trabajadores, como en gerencia.
En cuanto a los niños… son niños, con pedir educadamente a los padres que lleven cuidado… debería ser suficiente, el modo energúmeno maleducado de cara al público mejor dejarlo a parte. Por más que trates de usted a una persona no implica educación en tus palabras.
