Délit de faciès

The manager (Carla) received us and placed us at the worst table she had on the terrace facing a column where there was no view. All the tables were empty but apparently they were all reserved for hotel guests who have their own specific place. After a long chat, she gave us the next table and told us we had to leave at 2pm (knowing that it was already 1.15pm). She came back 5 minutes later to take our order. We noticed that the people who arrived after us were neither hotel guests nor regulars, and we ended up staying until 4.30pm without her coming back to see us. The waiter (Paco) put a smile back on our faces with his kindness and availability. The rest of the staff are insipid. The food was good. On the other hand, we didn't feel welcome.
