Huh, where should I start... better the positive - the food is really good, but more or less that's it. For these prices I want to have perfect service and we have been very far from top service.

First of all we waited about 15-20 minutes (even the waiter said, he well be soon here) just to order any drinks, because we have been a group the olives and the bread has been far too less for all the people, also the water was empty all the time (we already collected 3-4 bottles in the middle of the table to make it visible for the waiter, but no reaction) we asked for another still and sparkling water, we got it but the waiter just took 1 empty still and 1 empty sparkling water bottle - the other empty bottles still have been on the table?? Wine service was not existing, we had to refill on our own all the time. we had 2 main meals which have been incorrect and one waiter served across the full plate of one of our group... he was already eating and got disturbed, one step beside and serving from the other side would have been possible easily!

As mentioned before the quality of the food was good, nothing to complain about but we felt ignored. There was another table on our bill - so they printed again and then we wanted to split up - he told us it is not possible... in any apres ski bar anywhere in the alps they have an orderman and they click on everything you had and they print it on a separate bill - no issue but seems like the equipment is too old, even the waiter had a tablet? Curious...

I would never go there again even the food is good, I am sure there are much better places to spend a nice dinner! Sorry guys but for this service you are...

La semana pasada, una vez mas, comimos en la terraza exterior disfrutando de la simpatía y buen servicio tanto de la joven camarera que nos atendió como del responsable de la mencionada terraza a quienes felicito!! Aún y sabiendo que el precio del cubierto es alto, decidimos reservar para los 2 siguientes miercoles. Hasta aqui correcto!! La decepción llega el día de ayer, es decir el primero de los 2 siguientes miercoles reservados. Al llegar y pedir la mesa, la famosa chica de las malas reseñas, nos dice que no tenemos reserva, mi mujer intenta darle datos para ayudarla a localizar la reserva pero recibe con mals malas caras y ninguna intención de mostrar amabilidad la confirmación de que no hay reserva. Dada la sorpresa y con el objetivo de evitar cualquier discursión mi mujer le pregunta a la chica que si dado que habia mas de 7 mesas vacias nos podía dar una de ellas a lo que finalmente accede como si no le interesara llenar el local, el resto de mesas siguiern vacías el resto de la tarde, sorprendente! Una vez en la mesa, llego yo y mientras mi mujer me explicaba la mala experiecia, aparece la camarera que le habia atendido para recuperar la discursión que habiamos intentado evitar y me increpa diciendo que le extranaba mucho que tuvieramos reserva puesto que las recoje ella misma y era imposible, le explico que hice yo la llamada desde el mismo local mientras comíamos la semana anterior, que nos solo reservé para ese día si no para la siguiente semana, cosa que me vuelve a negar con malas caras y sin ser capaz de explicar la insistencia ni la necesidad de incomodarnos tanto. Le pido que nos deje disfrutar de la comida en paz y se va. A los pocos minutos vuelve otra vez a la carga para decirnos que habia encontrado la reserva pero que era para la semana siguiente y no para hoy a lo que le contesto que mire la semana sigueinte a ver si tambien aparece otra reserva, inicialmente me dice que no, pero finalmente reconoce que tambien estaba pero que solo aparecía mi telefono pero no mi nombre (es decir, no solo se equivocó al apuntar las fechas sino que además apuntó mal los datos. Finalmente no contenta con la incomodidad creada vuelve una tercera vez para que le asegurara la reserva de la semana siguiente a lo que le contesto que si pero que veníamos a disfrutar de un dia de vacaciones y que nos dejara tranquilos cosa que no parecía formar parte de su objetivo por lo que pido que venga un responsable. Aparece un supuesto encargado que mientras la camarera seguía gesticulando de forma desagradable, no solo no mostró ninguna actitud de rectificación si no que dice que en cualquier caso el error era compartido, incapaz ni de pedir disculpas ni de entender que eramos unos clientes de mas de una década que pretendíamos pasar un buen rato y repetir las siguientes semanas. Ni rastro de interés en presentar un trato amable o de recuperar la situación, el asombro fué tal que cuando me vuelven a insistir en la reserva de la semana siguiente, le contesto que se me estaban quitando las ganas de vovler a lo que respondío que si quería que volviera y si no que no volviera, entonces entendí porque en pleno agosto habia tanta mesa vacía, al cliente dispuesto a pagar le gusta que le traten bien! En cuanto a la comida, muy por debajo del nivel esperado para una cuenta de 220€ especialmente cuando consiguieron convertir el objetivo de disfrutar de una buena mesa y de un buen servicio, en una experiencia desagradable y decepcionante. Leo incredulo que no son pocas las reseñas negativas quejandose del servicio y en particular de la chica encargada de las reservas pero mas sorprendido aún en que la respuestas del local no incluyen una sola disculpa, es decir, es facil entender que persisten y persistirán en su triste incapacidad de aprovechar la oprtunidad que les brinda el magnífico emplazamiento para hacer felices a sus clientes. Claramente no lo consguen, ni siquiera son conscientes de los generosos beneficios que...

AVOID if you like good customer service and delicious food. I wasn't even expecting excellent customer service as I had heard rumors owners changed and wasn't as good as the past. I still wanted to give it a try.

The server (older gentleman, bald) was a mess! I really hope he was drunk, because it would explain (not excuse) his rude and forgetful behavior. He could not get our orders correct; had the nerve to serve my friend a tomato tartare without mentioning that they ran out of tuna tartare.⁉️ Umm, we ordered tuna, not tomato. He could have brought a menu and asked if we wanted something else.

He did not bring our bottle of wine or water until we mentioned it.

Practically threw our silverware on our tables. Very harsh and obnoxious. What was his problem?! We were all very polite despite his unpleasant behavior.

Oh, the food! Either, they were heavy handed with the salt, or dishes were tasteless and bland. Inconsistent and below expectations for a restaurant that is much pricier in comparison to other restos in the area.

However, it's worth a visit for the view of the beach... And the desserts weren't so bad.

1 star for the food and an extra star for the view. Otherwise, skip on this junk, save some $, and enjoy a humble, tasty...
