El trato ha sido pésimo desde que nos sentamos la camarera nos habló de muy mala manera con un tono de voz muy alto y seco al dirigirse a nosotras, cuando nos trajo el plato le grito a mi compañera "quita la servilleta". La comida justamente a nosotras nos tocó muy mala como el pollo a la brasa casi lleno de sangre por dentro, mi compañera preguntó a la camarera si el secreto que ella pidió era fresco e inmediatamente la misma camarera respondió de muy mala forma y de manera altanera elevando mucho el tono de voz diciendo "serán las únicas que se quejan" !! Sin embargo no dejó que pudiéramos explicarle nuestra observación y dijo inmediatamente "postre?" (Tratando de callarnos).. le dije que no quería postre y que quería hablar con el responsable le pregunto donde pago.. y dijo "donde quieras" hable con el responsable y me dijo que el ya conoce a sus camareros, la dicha camarera se acerco para intervenir en mi queja y le dije que no quería hablar con ella, sin embargo el responsable dijo que eso lo decidiría el que era su casa y que el decide si interviene o no y como ya escucho mi versión por interno escuchará a su trabajadora. Esto sin antes decir que no terminamos de comer nada 32€ de mal rato y una terrible experiencia en el RESTAURANTE "LOS ABETOS". ENTONCES AHORA RESULTA QUE EL CLIENTE SE TIENE QUE ADAPTAR AL ÁNIMO Y A LA MALA EDUCACIÓN DEL CAMARERO Y NO SUELEN ESCUCHAR A LOS NUEVOS CLIENTES SOLO A LOS MAS ANTIGUOS! PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, PÉSIMA SOLUCIÓN Y PÉSIMA COMIDA PARA MI. YO NO LO RECOMIENDO. Además ya tienen muchos clientes. Esto es una reseña totalmente real. EDITO ESTA RESEÑA YA QUE MI OBJETIVO Y EL DE MI NOVIA JAMÁS HA SIDO EL DE COMER GRATIS SOMOS GENTE TRABAJADORA Y NO NECESITAMOS NADA GRATIS. DEJANDO ESO EN CLARO ES MUY FÁCIL DECIR QUE TODO SU PERSONAL DA LA CONTRA A MI VERSIÓN O QUEJA, NO TERMINE LA COMIDA POR LO MISMO Y JAMAS RECIBIMOS POSTRE POR EL TREMENDO FASTIDIO.. EN FIN. ES CLARO QUE NO SABEN RECONOCER QUE SE TIENEN ERRORES NO SON...

I came around 3:40pm, nearing the end of the lunch hour so many dishes I wanted were no longer available. Ordered the entrecot at a medium rare but unfortunately it came out well-done. However, the chips on the side were crunchy and delicious.

For dessert, the only house made one left was the banana pudding. Between 1-10, the sweetness level of this dessert is a 3. Perfect for those who don’t like things overly sweet. Enjoyable, moist, and melts in your mouth.

Terrible service staff has no idea what they are doing, if you want to spend money for good food do not even think about entering this place, they have a top unprofessional person that welcomes you there at the door, after you have to wait 30 minutes until someone comes to attend the table, the worst restaurant I have ever been in Catalonia.
