I absolutely loved this restaurant! I am an ardent ceviche cook and fan, this place exceeded my expectations! :). For an appetizer, We ordered the Mediterranean Ceviche. The fresh sea bass fish in a ceviche sauce or “tiger's milk,” it is a bright and mildly spicy citrus-based marinade with a subtle hint of Parmesan at the end. I Love love loved the flavor!!! It has now become By far my most favorite ceviche dish. It included chunks of avocado, tasty white corn kernels, and for a crunch a dried corn kernel with a bite , small bits of chopped micro cilantro, cilantro, and mild red chiles. Delicious, delicious, delicious! I also ordered the “mar y Tierra” pasta. It included fettuccine style pasta with steak, calamari, and shrimp. So yummy. We tried the sangria with cava. I've been visiting this bar for quite a few years now & after a change of ownership about 5years ago.I was pleasantly surprised to find the place has undertaken a total refurbishment& re branding to the premises. 2019 was the last time I was here due to the covid pandemic travel restrictions in 2020/2021.Nice & bright surroundings give this a fresh ,light& bright welcoming feel to the surroundings set in quiet location. Still has tables available inside & outside,along with a couple of TV screens. This is the best casual dining restaurant and bar in Cala Galdana. The whole setup has a feeling of quality and care - great food carefully cooked and not the ‘usual’ menu of many other local places. Home made high quality Serrano ham or prawn croquetas, poke bowls, crispy-fresh pizzas with burrata and sobresada and other interesting toppings.
