Cas Safrà Restaurant — Restaurant in Ciutadella

What a memorable experience! This establishment ranks among the top ten restaurants I've ever visited and is unquestionably the best I've tried in Menorca. The staff, including highly attentive servers, made us tourists feel incredibly welcome. The head chef, should have a Michelin-star for excellence, truly displayed his talent. We indulged in a variety of unique tapas and rounded off the evening with the most unforgettable dessert I've ever had: a grilled caramel pineapple with cream and vanilla ice cream. I wholeheartedly give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely return! As a side note, I was not at all bothered by the sight of people strolling past in their swimsuits...

No recomiendo nada el restaurante por estos motivos. En el día de hoy 19 de agosto de 2023, a las 21:30 horas, hemos ido a cenar a este restaurante. Para nuestra sorpresa al sentarnos y tras pasados unos 20 minutos, intentando llamar a los camareros (siendo el camarero argentino y la camarera alemana) finalmente, viene a atendernos la camarera alemana y nos dice ¿YA TENÉIS PENSANDO LA COMIDA? ¿ OS IMPORTA QUE PREPARE LAS MESAS Y AHORA OS TOMO NOTA? Es decir… que no me vas a atender, si no que te vas a poner a montar mesas nuevas. No hemos tenido tiempo de reacción, cuando ya se estaba yendo. Tras pasar otros 10 minutos , ya por fin ha venido a tomar nota. 2- No había tantas mesas, y el Tiempo de salida tanto de camareros como de comida ha sido muy lento. 3- Tras comer los entrantes y venir otro plato principal, hemos pedido que nos cambie al CAMARERO ARGENTINO, los platos por favor, ya que estaban manchados con sus respectivos cubiertos, ya que el plato principal, iba a saber a los platos anteriores. Pues su contestación ha sido ,BUENO COMO QUIERAN, con mala cara, no queriendo cambiarlos. Le ha sentado muy mal. Que yo vaya a cenar e intentar disfrutar de una cena tranquila, y me encuentre incómodo, NUNCA ME HA PASADO. No recomiendo nada este restaurante. ESTE RESTAURANTE SE LLAMA CAS SAFRÁ GASTROBAR EN LA CALLE PASSATJE BALADRE,3 CALA BLANCA. Menorca. Muy decepcionado con el servicio de los camareros. Si yo fuera el dueño, que no se si lo hace, me tomaría enserio el servicio ya que unos clientes que iban a tener toda la semana, y todos los años, ya no los tienen. Answer to commentary: I think there was a misunderstanding regarding diper. I had to go my car change the diper because the staff didn't say any option to us. There was no trash on the street so I bring it near me (and definitely was not like described in the owner's commentary) waiting till the end of our meal to ask kindly to through it away.
