Great pizza; polite, helpful staff with good English language skills. I spoke Spanish to them, and they were more than happy to converse with me in Spanish to help me learn too. You can sit on the roof terrace if you book, or out the front is often not booked up.

The service was prompt, and maybe it's because we are English and we eat earlier (8:30) than locals or Spaniards, but there was no wait for a table either.

Some drama about speaking Catalan was stirred up by a rude customer about 3 years ago (hence bad reviews from a while ago), and since then, the management has changed, and the name has too - from Oristano to Cittadella. Crowded and noisy! Security distance not really complying! I ordered a mojito without alcohol and they charged me the same as if it had alcohol. Not fair! No explanations! There’s nothing they can do. Please read this review to see if there is something you can do! Food regular. Pizzeria Roma was full, so you have to find other options. They keep people waiting for table next to people eating. Not safe and not comfortable...

Ayer domingo 11 de agosto, a las 21:41 hicimos un pedido a través de su app, confirmándonos el mismo con la entrega estimada de 75 minutos ("lógico" estando algo lejos del restaurante y en pleno agosto). Pasados los 75 minutos no había aparecido nadie con el pedido pero pensamos que en algún momento se presentarían ya que ellos mismos lo habían confirmado. Sin ningún tipo de contacto por su parte en ningún momento (una llamada, un mensaje,...) y a 10 minutos justos de cerrar el restaurante, nos mandan un correo indicando que nos han cancelado el pedido por "faltar algún ingrediente del mismo", que curioso que no se dieron cuenta de que faltaban ingredientes en las 2'30h que estuvimos esperando como tontos las dos pizzas en casa. Lo mínimo hubiese sido ponerse en contacto y, si no va bien repartirlo por saturación de trabajo, si faltan repartidores, lo que sea, lo digan, se comprende y la próxima ira mejor, pero sinceramente, con esta falta de respeto al cliente no creo que nos vuelvan a ver por ahí, y es una lastima porque las pizzas son deliciosas. Supongo que les compensa mas repostear la historia del influencer de turno que pasa por su local para cenar gratis a cambio de 4 fotos que no cuidar los menorquines que les hacemos negocio TODO el año, no solo...
