The place is open and the only reason they got two stars is because we ended up getting our drinks

Slow service, no one understands any English even simple things like bottle of water.

Smell is horrible with the kitchen fried food smell coming from there. We asked to pay twice and after 10 mins I had to come inside myself to pay even though the place was not crowded at all.

First we ordered a bottle of water and we got a tap glass then we ordered a bottle again and had to go through 3 people to find someone e who understands

we visited the restaurant with our family in May in the evening we ordered drinks and food. We waited a very long time for our food even though it was not crowded. When we got the food pizza hamberger prawns and squid, disappointment followed.

we found a plastic bag in the pizza, the hamburger was very flawed and unfinished there were only 4 pieces of prawns and 6 pieces of squid

Escribo esta reseña para comentar que en el día de hoy fui a cenar con mi grupo de 10 amigos y honestamente primero que el servicio de la camarera y la que estaba en la barra en preguntarle si tenían carta de alegernos ya que tengo alergia a los frutos secos se quedaron sin saber lo que era cuando supuestamente por ley es OBLIGATORIO que todo restaurante en España tenga dicho menú. Me han hecho aparte esperar 10 minutos ya que por una parte entiendo que el jefe tenga que ir llevando platos y bebidas a las mesas aunque por lo que hemos visto ninguna mesa tenía ningun plato de comida en ella solo habían bebidas. Después de 10 minutos el jefe/encargado me ha comentado que si era alérgico habiendo contaminación cruzada cuando es algo que es bastante lógico en mi opinión personal.

Dejando de lado tema servicio quiero comentar que a la hora de comer primero de todo a muchos nos han tardado más de una hora hasta incluso ha llegado a una hora y media yo incluido he tenido que esperar la hora y media que he dicho anteriormente, y sinceramente me he pedido los espaguetis con gambas y ajo. Y los espaguetis estaban duros como una roca y en mi opinión personal las gambas estaban sacadas del microondas directamente, luego mis amigos se pidieron algunos pizza y estaba seca, sin sabor no recomiendo a nadie pedir dichos platos.
