Steak House — Local services in Ciutadella

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes just to be seated. While waiting we could clearly see plenty of free tables but no staff to accommodate. Finally sat down and again sat waiting for staff to serve. Eventually a waitress came after another half an hour waiting and asked 'what you drinking' we asked for a nice bottle of wine and she fetched the smallest bottle for €30 to share between four. We said we are ready to order food please, the response 'me only drinks'. Again waited another half an hour and had to ask a member of staff if anyone is available to take our order. We finally got served - even though we could see others being served before us which we found extremely rude. Again waiting another 45 minutes before our food arrived. To say this 'restaurant' has good reviews please do not waste your time. We ordered a steak and was told we would get potatoes and vegetables. We got rubber steak, literally 3 skins of potato and 3 carrots. We asked to speak with a manager and said we are not happy, the response 'not my problem' - extremely rude and did not accommodate for good paying customers. Would not...

Was not busy but waited to be seated 15 minutes eventually got a table to be sat without drinks for 20 minutes then drinks waitress came with drinks menu we ordered a bottle of wine between 4 of us at a cost of 20€ thinking it would be nice but came in the most slimline bottle to only get a sip each then waited another half hour for food menu...ordered and waited another half hour ...the place was empty by the way !! ,well the food came and all I can say is the chicken taste like chicken in sick with pringles and a carrot sliver on the side ,the steak was even worse, we ask for manager and he was so rude with his reply saying your problem not mine ,PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! My partner and I had an anniversary dinner in this restaurant and it was an amazing 3-course meal in a lovely atmosphere. The food was spectacular ( I had a beef steak whilst my wife had a swordfish steak as the main course, I will not even talk about desserts as these were phenomenal). We were so full, we could not even walk. Also, the idea to build a restaurant in a cave is very creative and sort of belongs to Menorca as we found out later when visiting other
