Restaurant Nou Royalty — Restaurant in Cullera

I come here very often. And usually the service is nice when the guys are serving. But this one evening when the waitress served it just made us feel like she was bothered by our presence. I ordered calamari romano, and asked for a turia. Had to request a glass for the beer twice(she gave me the sour face) , I asked for the regular snack that is served with beer, she totally ignored it and never brought it. Somebody needs not to make the clients feel uncomfortable because she has to work, it's not the client's fault...

Wir wollten am Abend um 21 Uhr noch heimische Speisen genießen und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Obwohl uns die Küche bis 23 Uhr zugesichert wurde, bekamen wir TK-Ware: Kroketten waren noch halb tiefgefroren, Kartoffeln ungenießbar als waren die nochmals frittiert worden und Boquerones fettig sowie mit unpassender Soße überladen. Die Kartoffeln und Kroketten, die wir zurückgaben, wurden dennoch berechnet. Qualität und Frische fehlten völlig, zudem waren die Mitarbeiter wenig motiviert und nicht entgegenkommend. Für den hohen Preis absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr schade, wir hatten Besseres...
