Lackluster service, well presented and tasty food. I booked a reservation as I expected it to be busy at 3:00 and they seated us quickly when we arrived on time. Someone came by within a minute of us sitting down and asked to take our order. We said we weren't ready. Then we had to stop a server and request to order as we had sat for almost ten minutes without anyone else coming by. We didn't have drinks or anything else order since we didn't know what we wanted within one minute of sitting down. Never having been to the restaurant, I wanted to look over the large menu and make a good decision. The food came out in decent time. But then again, when we were ready to go we had to flag down a serve and ask for our check. He didn't bring it to us but rather started taking the order of a table that had been seated. So we asked another serve who brought it to us after several minutes. The food came fairly quickly and was tasty and well presented. Other dishes that we saw come to other tables look good as well. I would like to try other dishes but think I'll go where there is better service.

What a horrible experience! They were busy so obviously it took them awhile to come to the table but my grandad who isn’t very well kept calling for the waiter. The waiter obviously got fed up and shouted at my grandad through the restaurant. How embarrassing and rude! From them on the waiter never came to check on us with the food/to see if we wanted anything else (which we did but were unable to ask for due to being ignored). The food was disgusting, I don’t understand why this restaurant is so popular! The croquetas tasted like Burger King cheese bites and the baby squid was hard and had no flavour. We also told to manager what happened and got no apology. We definitely won’t be returning! What a way to treat your customers!
