The staff is not well trained and it felt as if we were being treated like pigs. First of all the moment I walked in I wasn’t even greeted and when I went to sit myself down since I wasn’t shown where to sit a man quickly rushed and kicked me out to sit outside since he said the tables were all reserved. After sitting for atleast an hour I didn’t see any of the reservations arrive which was quite dense. The pizza was soggy from the bottom and the pizza cutter on the table didn’t even cut and was useless. Overall this experience was terrible I wouldn’t name it the #50 pizza in Europe for this reason. The Pizza was ok, I would rate it 7.5/10. The tomato sauce was just not as tasty as expected. Half of the pizza was burned. We did not feel very welcome: right after we finished the pizza, we were asked to leave as the table had another reservation. This was 25 minutes after our arrival. My sister hat a full bottle of coca cola to down. On top we had a drink on our bill, that we did not order. We got the money back right away, but the apology was very brief. When we asked an Argentinian waiter if there was a table for our group of 5 he said: “it’s complicated” and looked stressed out so we were going to find another restaurant and he said that he could give us a table for 1 hour and 10 mins, so we were not sure if the pizzas take long or not and we might need more time and he said: “I don’t have pizzas in my pocket” and that they would take 10-15mins so to avoid confrontation we agreed to sit down.
