I was on the mcdonalds inside the airport, 15.54 , i ordered small things and my order was recived 16.35, they forgot cheese on both burgers wich i payed extra for and a nutella pastery wich i aldo payed for, worst service ever, i ordered the food 15.54, 16.05 i told them i hadnt got my order and gave them the reciept and she said that they had started making it, suddenley the had lost my reciept and i asked again because my planes boarding was getting close. Still i had to wait for almost 25 minutes more before i got my food and still they didnt give me all of it or follow my order in any type of way and not adding the items i payed extra for, and also forgetting items. i do not recommend this place at all, they didnt even offer to refund half if not all of the money because of their mistakes, i even payed a lot of money to not get all of the food i wanted. This is horrible customer service, i even had to wait 40 minutes for 3 burgers. Horrible, i dont recommend this...

I asked repeatedly for my food as my order disappeared from the screen Then my burger arrived with no drink. It sat on the counter for 5 minutes. I then decided to get a refund as it didn't seem that anyone cared. I got a refund and the manager didn't care. Just really happy to get rid of me.
This place should be avoided. I fly from this airport multiple times each month and I will never come back here. I suggest to you that you do the same. This place relies on visitors coming here once, getting terrible service and never returning.

A staff member not only apologised but went above and beyond to ensure we got what we ordered. He promised to bring the chips to where we were waiting with our luggage—and he did so with absolute determination. Striding out with full purpose, he personally delivered the chips to us.
This level of dedication and customer service is rare, and this employee absolutely deserves a raise for his exceptional efforts. His professionalism turned what could have been a minor disappointment into a memorable act of kindness.
