Always busy and hard to get a table. Gelato was not great:(. Many choices of food and the portion is smaller. Takeout was quite small too. More Sun dried tomatoes than protein in the chicken dish:(. Also, maple syrup on French toast was not real maple syrup but sugar syrup - you cannot lie to Canadians:). The atmosphere is what seems to be popular. A bit too much sun through the wall and ceiling;). It’s great that they stay open for all day while most other restaurants around close between 5pm and 8:30pm. Locals start dinner a way too late:(. We once took out a coffee. Took 10 mins to serve, not so attentive for the customer standing and waiting. The restaurant was not busy at all at the time. Also taking out the pastries…just put them in a paper bag and the cream gets messy inside...

This place is SO cute! Perfect for a weekend brunch photo For Insta! We had visited this place before for ice cream and enjoyed it. We also got a loaf of brioche bread to make French toast at home.. so when we went to actually dine in on Sunday we were expecting greatness especially with the prior experience. My husband and I both ordered the French toast. It was a perfect picture moment but when we went to dive in… it was SO soggy we couldn’t eat it. MUSHY! Cold and just not edible. The staff noticed that we obviously didn’t like or weren’t eating it. But they said NOTHING to assist with our visit. My daughter had the waffle and there was an eggshell in it. Well ice...

You lost me this last time. I usually give a place 3 tries before I won't ever go again. The service was horrible. We were seated before 3 other tables but miraculously they all got served before us. We waited almost 40 mins for food and undercooked fries. We told the lady we were ready to order and she walked away. There is a drinks person and an actual waitress. On another visit, I saw a waitress with blonde long hair being extremely rude to customers, and her fellow employees, and lazily tossing plates and silverware to set the tables. You need new staff or take lessons from TK3 which is organized, polite and the food is...
