Pizzeria Mr. Wolf — Restaurant in El Puerto de Santa María

Our visit to this pizza place was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, they made my family feel like royalty. The owners, who are a delightful couple, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional.

As we enjoyed our pizza, one of the owners personally came over and offered ice cream to my daughters if they finished their pizza, which they absolutely loved. She then brought ice cream for the little ones, and they had a blast interacting with her. Her warmth and kindness truly made our meal memorable.

The owner also took the time to talk to us about the quality of their pizza. She proudly mentioned that they use wood only in their oven, which imparts an extra layer of flavor to the pizzas. The fact that the oven is visible to diners adds a romantic atmosphere to the whole dining experience. We were even treated to the mesmerizing sight of the pizza being made right in front of our eyes, all done manually.

The other owner was equally welcoming, encouraging us to get a close look at the oven and patiently answering all of our questions. The entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere created by these wonderful people.

Esta pizzeria tiene una cosa buena, las pizzas (más bien la masa porque de ingredientes va justita) y varias cosas malas. Llegamos sin reserva peor nos dijeron que había sitio, pedimos entrar al salón pero nos dijeron que el calor era asfixiante ya que no tienen aire acondicionado y el horno de leña da mucha calor. Nos ofrecieron el patio o terraza, nos sentamos allí y empezó la pesadilla, avispas atacandonos continuamente, 2,3 y hasta 4 a la vez. Nos dicen que es normal, que siempre las primeras mesas son "visitadas" por avispas ya que les atrae el olor de la comida. Estoy comiendo en un restaurante, no haciendo un picnic en el campo. Pedimos un cambio de mesa, el cual tenemos que hacer nosotros xq nadie nos ayuda a mover menaje y comida, y la cosa sigue igual. No nos dan solución, e incluso notamos cierta sorna. Honestamente, no me gusta comer con avispas encima mía, ni entre las piernas hurgando por mis bermudas. Comimos la pizza aprisa y pedimos la cuenta, la cena mas incomoda que recuerdo. La terraza y el patio están descuidados, esto es una opinión personal mía, pero solo hay que acercarse a verlo para darse cuenta. En resumen, pizzas si, el resto NO. Y los alérgicos a picaduras, ni vayáis. Esperaba algo más de empatía por parte de los propietarios a los que no les importó absolutamente nada nuestro problema. Obviamente no volveré nunca. The place is overall very good with lots of places to sit inside but also outside, and many delicious pizzas to choose from the menu. The desserts are also a big plus in this pizzeria - especially the tiramisu! Although there’s one thing I wasn’t happy about and it’s the service that was taking a long time to come up to our table.
