Sakura Sushi — Restaurant in El Puerto de Santa María

Service was meh (edamame took longer to arrive than takoyaki), the quality of edamame was questionable. I know I need to readjust my expectations but if you are going to name yourself sakura and attempt to serve Japanese food, please make an attempt to adapt some of their niches. Servers should know their menu too, I find it strange that a lot of stuff are already out when it's too early in the night. The sushi was good, but the service is one of the worst I have experienced. The waitress was really unfriendly, after asking for Wasabi she smashed it on the table and proceeded to ignore us for about 30 minutes after we finished eating, even though the were only 3 other guests in the restaurant. Horrible, somos clientes habituales y ya de base solían tardar hora y media en traer el pedido, pero ayer ya fue indignante, tardaron más de 2h en traer el pedido, ya eran casi las 12 de la noche, cuando llamé la dueña se empezó a reir cuando le dije que no era la primera vez que se retrasaban tanto, encima el pedido viene sin uno de los platos, llamo para comentarlo y el trato fue denigrante, no me creía, no paraba de decir que ella misma lo había preparado, la conversación entraba en bucle, tuve que jurarle que era cierto e incluso le mandé fotografias, y cuando ya se dió por vencida me dice: hoy es tarde, mañana te lo envío... en fin, obviamente le dijimos que no, que queríamos nuestra comido o dinero en ese momento y obviamente jamás volveremos a pisar este lugar, somos buenos clientes y para nada nos merecíamos esta experiencia...
