Sedona Bar and Grill Puerto — Restaurant in El Puerto de Santa María

We came as a family of four with 2 toddlers to dine in. Food ordered was fajitas and enchiladas which were very good, no complaints. Chips and salsa took obnoxiously long to come out, especially considering that there was only one other table there at the same time. Cocktails ordered was 1 jar of a margarita, a frozen pitcher was brought out without asking us do we have a preference.

The server was quick to change the frozen out for fresh one on the rocks. Needless to say, it tasted like there was no liquor whatsoever in the margarita. Between myself and my wife, we had a total of 6 glasses, but I felt like we had less than one each. We told the waiter and he had mentioned that we might be used to very strong drinks. I think not. I have been here many, many times over the past 3 years living in Spain ,but from the US. The food and service has always been exceptional. It’s always nice every once in awhile to go somewhere that feels a little bit like home. They even offer special Thanksgiving day menus. I never write reviews but I went there yesterday for lunch and left my wallet and didn’t notice till the next morning and obviously panicked. So I reached out through their FB page since they were not open till later in the day, and the owner, James, immediately replied and checked for me, and thankfully they had found it. El sitio es espectacular, el servicio muy bueno y la comida, tienen bastante variedad y de media esta muy bien... Solo quiero puntualizar el tema hamburguesas, no entiendo porque solo te ponen las opciones de configurar tu propias hamburguesas, de una, dos o tres carnes a elegir y luego le sumas los ingredientes que desees. Para mi, tiene dos grandes errores, primero que la hamburguesa de una sola carne, parte de los 10 euros sin nada, de dos carnes 11 y de tres carnes 12 euros, parte de precios muy altos para no llevar nada, y en cuanto le añades 2 o 3 ingredientes, que es lo normal que lleva un hamburguesa en cualquier sitio, como por ejemplo bacon y queso, se te pone en 15 o 16 euros para una hamburguesa que no tiene nada de especial en cuanto a ingredientes. Y el segundo error, es que esto priva a muchos clientes de que quieran comerse una hamburguesa ya configurada, con una mezcla de tus mejores ingredientes o salsas especiales, ya que muchos le terminarán poniendo ingredientes básicos, es decir, a ver si me explico, poner en la carta, pues mantener las hamburguesas para configurar desde cero y además añadir unas 3 o 4 hamburguesas ya configuradas,, no de, por ejemplo una tipo especial barbacoa con salsa barbacoa, la carne mas pulled por y cebolla crujiente, otra que lleve mezcla de dulce y salado, alguna especial del mes con algún ingrediente de la zona, otra especial de mezcla de quesos y huevo, no se, etc... Y estoy seguro de que a muchos clientes viendo esto en la carta, se le antojaran que una hamburguesa que una que se haga de cero, con los típicos ingredientes de hamburguesas que terminaran poniendo.
