Had various fab meals here and a family favourite. Very attentive and friendly service. Prebooking required as getting very busy. Love the mixed salad with palm honey, nuts and strawberries. It is on the sweet side but we like it. Recommend the Spanish omelette, filled mixed mushrooms and steak as a main. With wine and soft drinks this will cost about 20 Euros per person including tip.

I almost don’t want to review this place, because it’s a wonderful secret!! A family run gem. Couldn’t be more friendly, and the food is excellent. Just take the main man’s recommendations, he knows what’s good!! Exceptional rustic Spanish food as I wish you could find more often!

Espectacular! Gracias

An unforgettable experience...

The initial welcome we received here was great, friendly faces all around and a smile to boot. When our order was taken we were taken aback by the brash approach of the host and main man - He was friendly and very keen to recommend dishes but at the same time essentially criticised us for the amount of food we were ordering (which when it came was not unreasonable - 2 starters and 4 mains for a party of 4 adults). I appreciate this may have been lost in translation but left us feeling uncomfortable.

The food was bizzare. Starting with the positives, the Gambas were great, the pork was incredibly well cooked and the steak was tender. The sauces that came with our meats were a different story - one was split, one was far too sweet (caramelised peanuts on pork???) And one was too salty. Not great.

The warm salad was highly recommended and tasted good, and was one of the strangest combinations we've ever eaten - I would advise coming here for the experience and the bizzare but delicious warm salad. Why not make a decision...

If you're over in this part of the Island you HAVE to come here - really you do....from the proprietor KNEELING beside you to help order what's best on the day to the smiles and happiness of everyone serving. And the food...OMG! - If London, Paris or New York served food like this you'd NEVER get in...it would be booked solidly. Utterly delicious, delightful, charming and...
