Restaurante Vegetariano Quinoa — Restaurant in Elx / Elche

I am a vegetarian for over 10 years and I can surely say that Quinoa is the best vegetarian restaurant I have been not only in Elche or Alicante but on the scale of whole Spain. I think people who appreciate real homemade food, natural high quality ingredients and no chemical/ synthetic additives will just enjoy this place. Not only the food makes us come back everytime, but also warm, pleasant atmosphere. You can feel passion and love of the whole team to the their work. This is so rare nowadays. An important and maybe a funny point is that the children being such picky eaters also found in Quinoa their favourite dishes and always are happy to go there. Espectacular!!

El servicio es super majo. La ensalada a tu gusto de primer plato es brutal! puedes ponerte cuanto quieras y tienes bastantes ingredientes! ( recomendación sin duda la salsa de pepino ( increíble! y eso que pensaba que yo no era de salsa. Es prácticamente un smoothie resfrescante) y la zanahoria, se nota que es recién cortada mmmmm..) -El pan. Llegamos un poco tarde a comer y estaba un poco durito, pero es normal supongo. Aún así, estaba muy bueno de sabor. La crema de remolacha no me encantó porque no sabía mucho a remolacha, era más como de verduras varias, pero estaba buena igualmente. Le colocan un trozo de pan crujiente con aceite que estaba muy bueno. Los dos siguientes platos son brutales, sobre todo el pastel, un sabor difícil de explicar, buenísimo (diría que llevaba dátil y boniato). La empanadilla más flojita pero también en un plato muy bueno, si no fuera porque ya lo comparo con el otro plato que me gustó muchísimo, creo que la salsita del lado está hecha con chirimoya, puede ser? Los postres: tarta de requesón y frambuesa, y tarta de zanahoria y chocolate. Me gustó más la primera. Están hechas con frutos secos y el sabor es intenso. (la parte de abajo de esta segunda sabe a tostarica, yo no soy muy fan de usar galletas industriales pero igual me equivoco y no usan eso.) Quiero volver a por la tarta de boniato y la de calabaza, que ya no quedaba! creo que casi todo el mundo la pide! tiene que estar muy buena! La ubicación no le viene bien a todo el mundo pero merece la pena ir mucho! El interior es un sitio normal, decoración básica, sin más.

This restaurant is a gem. The vegetarian food is very tasty. We enjoyed everything we had from the daily menu. Their preparation of eg quinoa is very professional. They prepare it along other vegeatbles such as peas just to right way so they taste delicious but retain all the vitamins.
