Went here for our anniversary dinner thinking we would be having a wonderful evening and experience, however we left feeling very disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful with a stunning view and sunset setting. What let it down however was the food and service. The starter was okay, but nothing special for a 5 start hotel. Our mains arrived cold, and despite asking for one plate to be reheated, it came back to the table luke warm with the fish still undercooked and very little meat on the bone. We ordered wine to have with our mains but this didn’t arrive until we almost finished the meal (after having to ask the waiter where our wine order was). After a polite complaint at the end about the food and service, we were only offered a complimentary glass of cava - something we had to decline because our 15 month old was ready for bed! Overall the bill was incredibly overpriced for what we received and for that we won’t be...
Read moreWaaay overpriced. You can have better quality and more delicious food at cheaper and better locations. Service was extremely slow. And the food was not good. We ordered a vegetable paella and it was extremely salty and completely inedible. Even the chef came out to apologize after he tried the rice himself. Our dinner reservation was at 9 pm and by the time they re-made the paella, it was already 11:30 pm. They didn’t offer any compensation for the wait or for the salty food.
We felt cheated and would never recommend this restaurant.
The location is confusing as it’s the same location as the breakfast area...
