La Fàbrica — Restaurant in Esplugues de Llobregat

The food wasn't terrible but in addition to mediocre food was inattentive service. We never got bread nor water. And when we asked for water, we were charged but never told we would be charged. Perhaps that's a cultural thing, but I had not previously encountered that elsewhere during my stay. The sangria wasn't tasty either, and that was highly disappointing.

The eatery was not full when we arrived however, it filled up quickly shortly thereafter, and that's when it became apparent that the 2 servers were not sufficient for the dozen or so tables, as well as the bar.

The menu indicated tapas as well as main meals. We each initially ordered one of each, however, he dissuaded us from doing so, stating that the tapas we chose were actually quite large. So I only ordered the main, however it was actually quite small. Meanwhile, my guest ordered both menu items, however, the server offered us the dessert menu before bringing in the main so we thought he forgot, but instead he brought out the café con Baileys and her main meal at the same time...

Perhaps our server was slightly distracted, because he was eating off to the side in between serving. That is not ideal, but not necessarily a problem either. However, he should have taken the time to wipe the crumbs off his face. I kept fearing crumbs would end up in my food!

All in all, the food was OK but I had the pleasure of tasting better and being served better elsewhere. I have no reason to return to...

I've been here twice and although the staff are friendly they were very slow on our last trip here. It was a very quiet evening with hardly any tables booked and we were 8 or 9 of us and the waiter forgot 3 of our orders. This was a big mistake considering once all were served they could have seen not everyone was served and maybe they should have asked if anyone needed anything. After a long wait and after half had finished eating the remaining 3 got their order. We werent offered any sort of discount or proper apology which was disappointing considering we were there for a birthday celebration. Staff need to be on the ball especially on quiet evenings like...

Restaurante con techos altos de estilo industrial, donde pasarás frío porque el aire acondicionado lo tienen enfocado hacia las mesas. Le pedimos a la camarera que subiera las lamas , que las regularse para que no nos diera el chorro de aire, que las enfocará para arriba a lo que nos contestó que no se podia, que el mando no les dejaba, solo podían encender y apagar. Me parece un desacierto, un aire acondicionado debe regularse para que no moleste a los clientes y se puede hacer desde el mando sin problema, todo es querer hacerlo o no. Respecto a la comida, de lo que pedimos había cosas mejores y peores... Los machos blanduchos, pero con una salsa muy rica, el pollo rebozado soso no, lo siguiente pero acompañado de una salsa rica. La brocheta de pollo con arroz basmati estaba muy rica, y la hamburguesa también. En fin, sino fuera por la incomodidad del aire volvería y repetiría. De las dos camareras una muy amable y con buen trato y la otra horrible, las maneras de decir las cosas no...
