We did not speak Spanish but the waitress translated some stuff in Google Translate for us....

Soy el de la hoja de reclamaciones y está usted faltando a la verdad, yo no entendí el error y aún menos las supuestas soluciones que usted me daba. En el comedor no podíamos ni mover las sillas para sentarnos, en terraza era fuera de los toldos osea en plena acera e interperie en diciembre. Cuente cómo la camarera faltaba el respeto a espalda de nosotros y fue pillada. Cuente q no queríais darnos la hoja de reclamaciones, cuente q en ningún momento nosotros faltamos al respeto ni alzamos la voz.
