Burger King — Restaurant in Estepona

This is our local burger king and we go here often, we were really excited to see it was going to be updated! New interior new furniture, everything new, but I have to say that although the food is fabulous I was so shocked to see how absolutely filthy this restaurant is, every table dirty, even the seats were dirty! The floors were covered in stains and old food everywhere! The staff seem to have no concept of cleanliness or even seem to care! A newly renovated restaurant they should be proud of but by the disaster which is clearly on show to all it's an embarrassment! I have noticed here that many many reviews all mentioned the filthy state of this restaurant and all are met with the same reply from the franchise owner saying that they will try to make our next visit a better experience! Then please listen to your customers and their reviews and actually take some action! These reviews on this subject go back a very long time and it never improves! Please Spend some of the money you make from this restaurant and invest in a cleaner and people who actually take pride in their workplace! We live very close to this Burger king so it is our regular one but recently with the new staff it has become an horrendous experience eating there, 2 of the staff have (1 being the manager) have an attitude problem with the customers before they've even arrived to the counter and make you feel they are doing you a favour by even serving you or cooking for you, the new service ethos is to be rude and unhelpful, both recent visits i was overcharged which when i tried to complain the staff thought it was funny and laughed at me, and when i got home with my food i found some items were missing. Until they sort the problems out eat there at your peril. Even with their food offers taken into consideration, because of the over charging, its worth the extra drive to another fast food restaurant. I never leave reviews but visiting there the last 2 times has been the worst customer service experiences in my life. Truly one of the worst fast food places I’ve visited! During earlier visits the restaurant has been packed with people while only having a few workers there to keep up with all of the orders. Today they were repainting the whole restaurant while having customers eat inside. At the same time they used a drill which caused some to cover their ears. While waiting for the food, which by the way took 30 minutes to get (crazy to wait so long for fast food!!!), several people came up to the cashiers explaining that they either didn’t get what they ordered or that they didn’t make their burger/milkshake the right way. Plus, the hygiene was so bad!! They wiped their hands on their clothes, touched their phones and picked up fries that had fell out of their place and put them back in… Would never recommend this place! Pick McDonalds if you...
