I would highly recommend the owner to consider going back to the old way , that clients are being served on tables ? it’s not a fast food restaurant and it doesn’t feel right . I have been coming there since years and know for a fact that the staff aren’t happy about it either , and it shows unfortunately .

After alicias answer I would like to add that I have no idea what they are on about, dobles colas for what? I have spoken to some old staff and they say they hate it as much as we do and its all just to save money/staff: You ordered on the table, the waitress brought the food and you paid again on the table, no need to pay on the counter at all! (As in any normal cafe, you are served !) I have been back since then and its a disaster, the new staff have no clue, wrong order on table, after he had to run through the whole terrace and shop to find us. Ordered Goats Cheese Quiche. It was served burnt and sever lack of goats cheese. One tiny tiny piece in the corner of the slice. Returned it to the staff who were not interested. As you pay when you order the food I couldn't even refuse to pay. No table service, they bring you menus but won't let you order anything while they are stood at your table. Friend ordered leek quiche sever lack of leeks!!!!. All our quiches lacked any flavour. You are left with your dirty plates. I bought a cake as I was hungry as I couldn't eat the quiche & even after finishing my cake our dirty quiche plates were still in front of us. Unfortunately since the expansion the service is all over the place. Orders taken wrongly, sporadic delivery of food. Just a bad experience. The English lady really worked hard to put things right. Great front of house. The rest of them were headless chickens. It's such a shame as this was favourite for breakfast in the area. Dirty plates left on the tables on bar.
