Ate at plan b. I ordered a steak cooked medium. When it arrived, it was well done. I mentioned it to the server she apologised and took it back to have it cooked again. The second time it came out it was undercooked. The steak was blue. I told the server and she once again apologised. She asked if I'd like to order something else but I didn't want to. Now my family said their food was great so no complaints with that. We then asked for the bill. When the bill came the server was once again very apologetic and said the owner would have liked to come down himself and offer us a drink on the house. I looked at the bill and the steak was still on the bill after I sent it back twice and in the end didn't have the steak. I told the server that I wasn't paying for it and she did take it off the bill....it also says alot about the place when the owner replies the way he does calling his customers liars and know it all's.....and just to mention i made sure we tipped the servers as they did their job excellent and were professional...
Read moreCame here after raving reviews from father and mother in law.. they weren’t lying. I had the chicken curry chips rice and popadoms HIGHLY recommend. Chicken was soft the curry was lovely (server asked how spicy I would like it lovely touch so you know it’s freshly made for you) My husband had the ribs and they fell off the bone. From start to finish the meal was lovely. We had our 6 month old daughter with us and the staff were so accommodating.
Staff were so lovely and friendly. As we were leaving the front of house and a man who I think owns it shook our hands and thanked us for coming. A lovely touch after leaving.
We didn’t need fed the rest of the day and I feel this is going to be a place I’ll be trying everything on the menu! Wish I had of took photos but the food smelt that good I couldn’t wait to tuck in.
10/10...
