Beautiful place 🌺would have given 5 starts if it wasn’t for the following - they run a kids club 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday which is lovely if you have your children and want to get some space, €70 a day, except they completely take over the pool, screaming, crying, jumping, splashing. Making it impossible to access the pool until they leave! So avoid during 2-2.30pm. A little warning before purchasing our beds would have been polite. Weekends there is often children’s parties. €10 euros a pool bed with a free drink (not all drinks off the menu) and not included if you purchase lunch unlike other nearby hotels. I was rudely shouted at across the pool and asked was I staying in a hotel because I have to pay! We were relaxing after lunch in the pool as the older lady who we only saw on the Saturday came out to abruptly notify us. We are apartment owners in the area but she just saw Brit’s and assumed! Food has been lovely for the most however, unfortunately found a hair in my meal on one occasion which they took off the bill. Awful place, absolutely nothing good to highlight. Installations are horrible, the staff is incompetent at best, the food is disgusting, the clients need to park in residential areas and will get parking fines, the courts are small and not maintained, and the owners are dodgy and obnoxious people. There are better businesses to give your money to. This just shines now because it’s new, but will soon show a real reflection of what this terrible business actually is. The complex looks nice, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The court is uneven, the rental rackets are of very poor quality and even broke after just a normal hit with a tennis ball, and the staff member handing them out was quite unfriendly. I also ordered a bowl which was very disappointing in both presentation and taste. On my way back I even became sick and had to trow up, most likely from spoiled food.
